Oops! Britney Spears won’t do it again.
The 32-year-old singer admitted her career’s biggest slip up was when she did the five-episdoe reality series, “Britney and Kevin: Chaotic,” which chronicled the start of her love affair with ex Kevin Federline.
“I would never do something like that again,” she told UK’s Telegraph. “Actually, that was really bad.”
The reality show aired on UPN from May 17 to June 14, 2005 and was comprised of home videos recorded during the European leg of her Onyx Hotel Tour. It’s said to have lost 1.6 million viewers in just over a month during its brief broadcast, according to Access Hollywood.
“That was probably the worst thing I’ve done in my career,” Spears added.
But she does stick up for some of her less than stellar performances — like her 2002 movie “Crossroads.”
“I like ‘Crossroads!’ F–k you!” she jokingly told the Telegraph.
Now, the “X-Factor” judge embarks on what could arguably be her biggest career challenge yet — a two-year Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood.
Not only will she follow larger-than-life acts like Elton John and Celine Dion, but the pop diva will reportedly rake in $300,000 per night. Those elements combined make for some pretty intense pressure.
“Vegas is definitely a new challenge,” she said. “I feel I’m more of a perfectionist these days.”
And rightfully so, with over 34 million Twitter followers and nearly 2 million Instagram fans, Spears’ every move is under a watchful eye.
“The increased scrutiny does make me a little harder on myself these days,” the mother of two added. “There are more expectations of me now, not just in terms of what I do, but also in terms of who I am.”
