On Pop Songs, the cut climbs 31-24 in its second week.
Spears last charted on the Hot 100 last year with the No. 29-peaking “Pretty Girls,” with Iggy Azalea. She last ranked higher than No. 17 with 2013’s No. 12-debuting and -peaking “Work B**ch!,” the lead single from her last album, Britney Jean.
“Make Me” is Spears’s 34th Hot 100 entry and ties her introductory smash “…Baby One More Time” (No. 17, 1998) for her sixth-highest debut.
